Renny Bryner and Dickie Weller
Standing, L to R - Larry Pierce, George

The 1960-61 Berry Falcons was one of the great teams in Berry history. The team lost only two regular
season games and earned a trip to Macon for the State Tournament. The 1960-61 Falcons were led
by the greatest one-two scoring punch in Berry history, senior Renny "Chigger" Bryner and junior
Dickie "Doc" Weller. Bryner earned All-State honors and played in the Georgia North-South All-Star
Game, the only Berry player ever to receive this honor.
